RetroPlay Terms of Service
RetroPlay is a free-to-start Telegram Mini App for playing classic retro games. By using the bot or the Mini App, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptable use
- Use RetroPlay only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the system.
- Do not distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through the bot.
- Do not abuse the platform with automated requests or bots that aren't your own client.
Content and intellectual property
RetroPlay provides a platform for playing classic games in two ways: a shared library of titles hosted directly by RetroPlay for several supported consoles, and a private library where you add your own files. All game titles, characters, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. RetroPlay does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
We do not independently verify the copyright status of every title in the shared library. If you are a rights holder and want a title reviewed or removed, contact us through the bot below and we will act on it. For any game files you add to your own private library, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use them in your jurisdiction.
Payments and Premium
RetroPlay is free to start: every account gets a daily allowance of free play time, extendable by watching rewarded ads. A 7-day Premium pass removes the daily limit and ads, and is purchased with Telegram Stars processed entirely through Telegram's own payment system — we do not handle or store your payment details. Premium is a one-time, non-renewing unlock; if you believe a Stars payment was charged without the pass being granted, contact us through the bot below.
Service availability
RetroPlay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that the service will be free of errors, or that any specific game or feature will continue to be supported. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.
Account and access
Access is provided through your Telegram account. We may suspend or revoke access if you violate these terms. We are not responsible for losses resulting from suspension or termination.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroPlay and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
