RetroPlay Terms of Service

RetroPlay is a free Telegram Mini App for playing classic retro games. By using the bot or the Mini App, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptable use

• Use RetroPlay only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the system.
• Do not distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through the bot.
• Do not abuse the platform with automated requests or bots that aren't your own client.

Content and intellectual property

RetroPlay provides a platform for playing classic games. All game titles, characters, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. RetroPlay does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

You are responsible for any game files you upload and for ensuring you have the legal right to use them in your jurisdiction.

Service availability

RetroPlay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that the service will be free of errors, or that any specific game or feature will continue to be supported. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.

Account and access

Access is provided through your Telegram account. We may suspend or revoke access if you violate these terms. We are not responsible for losses resulting from suspension or termination.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroPlay and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
